Shipping and Delivery Policy
The estimated average delivery time for products is 7 to 15 business days, with potential variations due to Correios, Receita Federal, possible Correios strikes, and other factors beyond our control.
All purchases come with a tracking code, which will be sent to the customer's email within 5 business days and can be tracked from the point of origin to your residence.
Delivery is always made by Correios. However, in some cases, such as the recipient being absent, delivery restrictions in certain areas, and other reasons, Correios may leave a notice to pick up the products at the nearest agency to the provided address.
Based on our experience, 85% of products are delivered within 15 days after posting, or even less.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correctly filled out to guarantee that delivery is made within the established timeframe. Note that the address cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the site, as the product separation for shipment occurs within this period, and the purchase cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
The delivery address must be reviewed by the buyer before confirming the purchase. If the product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient information, it will be the customer's responsibility. If Correios attempts delivery without success and the product remains available for pickup but is not collected and is returned to the sender abroad, the delivery timeframe will restart from the confirmation of re-shipment, which will be recorded in the order's registration.
