CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
The Unique Finds team is constantly investing in policies to ensure our customers are always satisfied. You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after receiving it.
The following conditions must be observed:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging;
- The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the same condition as received;
- The product must be returned with tags (or protectors) attached, manuals, and all accompanying accessories.
According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to exchange products due to consumer remorse regarding color, size, model, or any other reason.
IMPORTANT: Returns will not be accepted if the above conditions are not met.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Send an email to sac@uniquefinds.com and provide:
- Product name;
- Order number;
- Email registered at the time of purchase;
- Reason for the exchange or return;
- VIDEO EVIDENCE OF THE DEFECT
Once all the return conditions are confirmed, we will inform you of the address for product return and reimburse the paid value of the product and shipping.
